So! For the second time in my life, I've finished reading the Harry Potter series. What can I say? I laughed. I cried (a lot). The series is amazing at pulling at the heartstrings and teaching you excellent lessons, and always keeping you interested.

Back home, safe, in Virginia! The view of the sunset over the Chicago skyline was gorgeous, and watched the ground fade to purple was amazing. Wish I'd had my camera for it.

Opinion: Why Dumbledore being gay really isn't that interesting.

In York, hometown of Guy Fawkes, they've banned celebrating Bonfire Night because apparently there's not enough room in their football stadium for all the spectators to maintain a safe distance from the fire. Haha. Irony ( Read more... )
